Vegan Test Kitchen

I have a lot of vegan and plant-based cookbooks.  And when I say “a lot” I mean that I have over twenty, more if you include books about veganism that include recipes.  I love to cook from these recipes.  After all, when I became I vegan I could barely cook at all!  These books ensured that I didn’t starve, that I tried new foods and cooking techniques, and that I’d never be bored, because I had an endless selection of meals to make.

Vegan Test Kitchen is a way to share these cookbooks with you, along with my review of the recipes!  Please know that I will do my best to find the recipes online for you, but if it has not been shared previously I am not able to post the recipe straight from the cookbook without the publisher’s permission.  These lovely vegan chefs have worked hard on these books, and they deserve to have their work respected!  You can purchase all of the cookbooks on Amazon.
